Privacy policy

How personal data is handled when you visit this website or contact Correo Polonia. Effective from 25 October 2026.

1. Controller and contact

The controller is Correo Polonia BackOffice Outsourcing sp. z o.o. sp.k., Aleja Stanów Zjednoczonych 72/12, 04-036 Warsaw, Poland, KRS 0000712126, NIP 1132959421. For privacy matters, use the email contact below or write to the registered office.

2. Data, purposes and legal bases

When contacting us, you provide contact details, company information and the content of your message. We use these to respond and discuss cooperation: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in business communication), Article 6(1)(b) for pre-contractual steps or a contract with you, and Article 6(1)(c) for legal obligations. Providing data is voluntary, but we need contact details to reply. Do not initially send confidential documents or sensitive personal data.

3. How website contact works

Revealing the address does not send a message. The email link prepares a message in your own app. This website does not store enquiry text or topic selections. Email, telephone and map services are subject to their providers’ policies.

4. Recipients and retention

Hosting, email and IT providers may receive data, as may authorised public bodies where required by law. Enquiry correspondence is kept until discussions conclude; contract data for the duration of the service, and accounting records for the period required by law. Where necessary for legal claims, relevant data is retained until the applicable limitation period expires or proceedings end.

5. Your rights

Subject to GDPR conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. You may complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO (uodo.gov.pl). We do not make automated decisions about visitors that have legal effects.

6. Technical data and external services

The site code uses no advertising cookies or external analytics. Fonts and logos are hosted with the website. The hosting provider may process IP addresses, request data and information needed for security or access control. International providers may process data outside the EEA, subject to GDPR safeguards and lawful transfer mechanisms. Processing of documents entrusted to us during service delivery is agreed separately.
